Did you give the note to the Umpani in front of the camp?
Normaly, you can enter the camp without problem but to speak to the general, you must become a new recruit and have a test.

Was a recruit, did a bunch of stuff for them.. I have both of the guys from the prison camp...

the general says, no time to talk now or something of that nature..

cant ask him about a mission or anything.. wandered around a spoke with people and they tell me to see the general..

tried to give him Zants note, the tracking system, doesnt want them...
charmed him, etc. didnt work..

need top pass to kill ship...

never got into covert ops either...

That has nothing to do with the Rapax prince or king.
Try to give the note which you get from z'ant to him, I mean this acceptance letter not the tracking device. If that does not work, you are supposed to do some more quests for umpani, if you haven't been to covert ups, you left out nearly everything.

I thought I did all the missions.. . I have all the security passes, brought back the dog tags, the arm, the flag, etc..

I ended up killing the umpani. .. the guys I saved from the prison camp were stuck with me, they even went to end game with me.. . I tried all 3 endings.. Dark Savant was an easy kill...

What do you guys think:

Morrowind? Dungeon Siege? or should I quit playing because I kill everyone...
