Don't you have the - next to the backspace?
On my AZERTY keyboard it's located next to the backspace, together with the underscore. I think it is typically french layout... I have all the accents (éèàêç), so... layout= French (Belgium)
You are talking to the second Rapax (= not the one you talked to first), he should have asked 'who sends you'... or something like that.

If it is really not working you can change the keyboard to belgian (french) or english, use it to get past this point, save and then rechange layout to french. You can do this in the control panels.
