Okay, you cross the portal from Ascension Peak to the Cosmic Circle, you traverse the Humming Highway and are standing at the steps to the first building of the circle. Now, my radar (with x-ray) always tells me that there is someone standing at the core of the monolith to the left of the stairs. What or who is this? Is it a bug? I've tried using just about every item I could think of on the pillar, to no avail. Anyone know what this is?

I have newer find out who that is so maby it is a bug!

Hmmm... I thought so. Anyone else have a different opinion? I'd love to find out that someone found a use for that dot.
