Okay, I've found all the gravestones I can find to activate their symbols, but still nothing is happening. Is there a hidden one, or am I just missing something? I've checked every gravestone over and over.

You'll know you've activated all the gravestones when one of the items nearby can accept an item (the hand icon appears when you move over it). The item is in one of the corners of the graveyard. Simply run to every corner and move your cursor along it, once you see the hand, you know you've found the right spot. Then simply drop a normal, ordinary, run of the mill dagger onto the spot and it will stick inside it, thus activating the mushroom circle.

There are six headstones with runes on them. If you're sure you touched all of them, then in one of the south corners (I don't recall exactly), you can stick a dagger in.

Then, you go completely outside the cemetery and around back, looking for the mushroom ring.

Thanks for the links...that helped a lot. Funny, I found the runes by accident.

Any idea what's up with the guy floating above the lava in the graveyard? I haven't found any clues yet as to what he's for.

The floating 'guy' above the lava can be destroyed by pouring a bottle of holy water over it. The holywater spell won't work, it has to be a bottle of holy water. The exp reward is negligable, but at least the Trynnie spirits will stop bothering you.
