I waxed her (Myles, too) after I was done with her and I was tired of her taking my xp away. Does she show up again at Asdension Peak? Am I screwed if I killed her and she doesn't?

kill non-player characters in your party as you donot know when you might
need them.

Anyway, to answer my own questions. No, she doesn't show up on the peak if you already killed her, and no, you're not screwed. The game finishes just fine. I did, however, find it rather funny that after I killed her and went to Braffit, he thanked me for looking out for her and asked me to continue to protect her *grin*
