circular thing opens the big round door where Al-Sexedus is after we do the nasty and get enthralled at the castle. What goes in the big
door in the Rift and where is it?

It is the summoning stone. You might already have it. It is in rear of the Sanctum (In the Rift). You had to use the Sanctum Key to get in the Sanctum.
