As the title implies, I want an answer of yes or no. I have gotten powerpacks, and heard they belong to a gun. I asked Anna about the savant troopers or somthin, and she said the T'rang gave her a stun gun. So my question is, is it possible to get a gun that uses powerpacks in WIZ8. I already beat it, but never found a gun

Yeah. One game only, I found a frontier phaser in the Bayjin chest. However, didn't have any power packs at the time, so can't say how good it is.

It is a bug. Both the Mysteriously Ray and Frontier Phaser can be fired without the power pack.
