Can bards dual class? If so, to what?

I don't think they can dual class.

No, bards cannot dual class.

The easiest way to find out the possible dual classes you can make is to look in the multi-class menu in character creation, as a dual class has to be a legal multi-class combination... Of course keeping in mind attribute requirements as well.
