Well actually, I dont think there is another one anywhere. I am playing my forth party and never found another one. I also love that shuriken, my samurai throws criticals all the time with it.
I guess, there is only one Fang and one light sword per game so i dont think there is another boomerang shuriken unfortunately. To speak in Diablos words: It's a unique item :)

There can be multiple light swords if you're lucky enough to get them fighting the ghosts, but that's the only place in the game to get them

Year thats right, I agree but if who wants to wait for two lightswords if it takes hours to get one ??

Fang? what's so special about that? I've had it forever, and at level 12 (my current party) it's useless, I haven't used it once. I think I might have sold it to Antone..

fang is nice, if you have a lord and a samurai, cause the lord uses bloodlust and then fang is the best sowrd for a samurai. i dont know if he can use lightsword, but i also have a fighter using it. So Fang is really not bad, also for a fighter, if you dont have lightsowrd or excalibur.

Where pray tell is the one in the SE Wilderness? Is it in that temple with the Sorceress Queen? If so, I think I missed it.

Yeah, the boomerang shuriken is in that infamous temple. I don't recall exactly where, though. Been awhile since I bothered with the place.

when you enter the room on the left where you have a fight with dome mummies you will find Fang, a nice armor and a boomerang shuriken, the only one in the game, around the tomb.
A nice place for a samurai, Fang and boomerang shuriken are really useful
