here's a cure for squids (&Psi Sharks, et.al.)
magic shield reduces or eliminates, depending on skill, blindness. Web gets enough to help.

Magic Screen + Elemental shield combo is good against those pesky squids.

Magic Screen + Sould Shield combo is good against Psi Sharks
