Ok, now this is my current party:
Me(monk)
Minsc
Jaheira
Yoshimo

And the rest i have yet to fill in.
Im not sure i want to have Nalia since i will be getting Imoen and maybe Aerie for the romance. Or maybe i should take Anomen and switch him for the NPC you get in Tob(no need to spoil anyone).
Any suggestions are welcome.

Get Keldorn, he's pretty good..
I would get nalia and keep her. Later.. You'll.. have a free space in your party and you can get imoen.
As well I would recommend adding Anomen..
You can romance with jaheira too... (I really don't like aerie that much "My WingS!My Wings!" -- annoying..)

Your party already has several fighter types, I suggest you get Nalia (if you want, switch to Imoen when opportunity arise) and Aerie to balance it a bit.

Personally I would get Anomen and Nalia and drop Aerie and Minsc.
Some people will hate me for saying this but both of them really get on your nerves in the end.
Anomen can become very powerfull and Nalia can level up enough to get some good spells.
Edwin was excellent as a Mage but just walked out on me when my reputation got too high.

I remember that Vic got pretty powerfull in Tob and i can romance her instead of Aerie(I think the romance option is a must, its part of the story).

Get Jaheria however you do it. Also aerie sucks!

Aerie does not suck. In fact, she becomes very powerful in ToB. Do not underestimate multiclassed Cleric/Mages.
