Where do you find the Ptorch in order to make the search light? I find the detect secrets spell incredibly useful, but I like to save my Bishop's mental magic points for psionic blasts and the like..

Most sites I've been to seem to list just about every gadgeteer component but this one..

Any help is appreciated ^_^ And if this has been asked before... sorry.. I looked, but with no search feature, its not easy =/

i've had a gad or two...it's been a while...i think it's in Gigas somewhere. I've been using a Rogue, for stealth mostly, because when her L&T gets high enough, she becomes a ninja. Thus have i been ignoring gadgets. I'm going into the game now; i'll look through some old saves. If nobody's answered by my return, i'll post again.

The torch is in the Mt. Gigas Caves, first level, unexplored area. In the southernmost tunnel is a water pit with a couple of ropes. Sorry to say, you'll have to jump in; no way to climb down. But you can use a rope to climb out.

The torch isn't a hidden item. You should see it as soon as you're in the pit.
