Couple of observations for the moderators:

Search is gone -- we hope you'll bring it back.

At least some of the signature icons no longer work (e.g. the one I use colon mage1 colon)

There were two sticky topics that stayed always at the top -- hints & tips and walk-through, these are now floating around. I think they were good topics to stick --- especially the hints and tips one.

I've had a few occasions when I could not connect -- got some sort of "resource maxed out" message. I could connect with the main ironworks page, but none of its forums. Hopefully, this was just taking it offline for a little while to make some changes. -- last time was early afternoon today (~1300 EST 22 March).

Response seems to be better! (after all of those "complaints" thought I'd toss in a kudo :) )

nothing is finished yet. still working on transferring everything over from one server to the other.

this takes a LONG time. we just went thru this about 3 months ago and i can't believe that dan and everyone have the energy, much less the desire, to do it ALL over again. Yet, they are.

patience is the key here. previously we had NO forum when they transferred and it lasted about 5 weeks. bless their hearts that they figured out a way to keep us active while they do the behind the scenes stuff to make it so.

please be nice and understanding while they continue to improve the forums. they deserve praise and encouragement for everything they do.

Just echoing V's comments re the forum and its owners. THANKS! The new server rocks, much faster. I've explored a number of forums and Ironworks is the best.

I agree -- This is a good board and I'm glad I found it. My comments were meant to be constructive feedback -- not whining [img]smile.gif[/img]

We will be patient, this is still the best game around. I miss the hints but..the whole idea is to explore and figure them out for yourself!
