Help! I finished BG before loading TOTSC, but now when I go back to kill Sarevok he's not there. His cronies are where they were without TOTSC, but no Sarevok, so I can't finish the game. Have I missed something out or have I got a savegave corruption somewhere?

Have you A) Installed the patch to version 1.3.5512?
and B) converted your savegames?
