"was north of here." How north is north? Been to both Bluffs and around them. Don't see any way north.

Its at Mt. Gigas (as most of the people in Arnika will mention), which is actually northwest of Marten's Bluff, on the opposite side of the sea. Head north from Arnika Road and go to the metal bridge in the Northern Wilderness to get there (the bridge in the "background" when entering N. Wilderness).
