Where are the red and yellow wires used for the T'Rang teleport? What are the powerpaks used for or with? Has anyone found the "avenger" sword?

Hi owl!

You can find the wires in upper Marten's Bluff, near to the dead T'Rang. The powerpacks are for some (one?) modern weapon, that doesn't seem to appear in every game, so I guess they're pretty much useless, well, maybe you find that weapon and are happy with it... Just stuff 'em in a chest! Didn't find the avenger though...

I found the avenger sword only one time; it was in the Crypt Keeper's chest in the Sea Caves. Never came across it again anywhere else.

You can use the powerpack to reload the Frontier Phaser and also as a secondary weapon while equipping the Mystic Ray as your primary weapon. But all this is not necessary as BOTH of these toys can be fired even if they are not loaded.

Are this not Wiz7 items? And it looks like a huge bug there! I actualy never enounter much modern weapons in the game. I wounder if the glove from DS need the modrn weapon skill.

Dead Bucaneer ghosts will drop Frontier Phaser or Mystic Ray (randonly). Sometimes you can find either one of them in the chest in Bayjin. I have no idea where to get a Zipgun though...

Honestly I would prefer to get the *light* *sword* as these modern weapon aren't that useful.
