Anyone have any tips on ways to lower one's reputation just a little, without taking major hits on it by stealing and then having to kill guards and merchants and the like? (I already have Viconia, so that's 2 down...)

Kill one person. - 2 to -4 points

Really. Thats news to me. Try rich folk or kids!

Kids are -10 rep from what I have seen, and killing non-weaponed people is anywhere from -1 to -4. Quick save before you do and just whack a civilian out of the line of sight(try in their house) of others.
