I come to the machine that asks me to put my pass on the glass panel then that its wiring is malfunctioning....I know im supposed to fix it but when I go around back theres no way to get the panell of the machine...no hand/use prompt or anything....what am i doing wrong???

Look closely at the back of the machine, if it's the one I am thinking of (looks like a pinball game)
