How do I do the unseeing eye quest so I'm doing it for Talos not Helm?

I may be wrong here, but i think you can only do that if the PC is an evil cleric/Cleric of Talos...

Just a guess, but, maybe give the rod to gaal instead of using it to kill the unseeing eye?

If you're a cleric of Talos, priests of Talos will approach you to get rid of the cult & you do it the same way you would for Helm. However, I think if you are just evil it may be that the priest of Helm still approaches you for the task and you just do it for the money (I'm not entirely sure about this though--you'll find out when you're approached in the temple district).
