i found two places in trytnot that requires specific item but i dont know which one.
ona place is on second bought near (random efect) fountain it looks like burned out light (green one)

and second there are four same are on the fifth bought in nomagic room
near center (floating thingies)

please help me.

and another one .
a can't buy duct tape, and electrode from anna in arnika.
is there something to do first???

on question 2, buy 4 bags of incense from Fuzzfas (sp?) and put 1 each on the 4 braziers. This sets up a safe place to rest (I think).

Deimos -- the first item you mention - the brazier near the fountain where you can become hexed - is a bug. There isn't anything to be done there so you can just ignore it. Skywalker's information is correct on your other location.

As for why Anna didn't have electrodes and duct tape I think you have to be a certain level before she'll sell those but I could be wrong. However, since inventory is restocked after 24 hours of not talking to an NPC, you should be able to try again and be able to get it. What I would do is save just before talking to her as it is the act of talking that sets the inventory. That way if she doesn't have them you can just reload your save and try again.

Yup but don't do it - this place is great for generating monsters and experience :D .
