I just cant find the thing!! Have killed all the T'rang, wandering in circles, why cant I find it?!! Please tell me EXACTLY where it is.

The teleporter is halfway along the tunnel under Marten's Bluff. To reach it, you need to go down the stairs in the section of fort with the lever room (past the Higardi spirits). The stairs are at the other end of the hall from the lever.
