Where can I find the patch to fix the Sgt. Rubble bug?

To the best of my knowledge there isn't one. No patches have been released since 12/23.

I assume he's talking about the one where Rubble seems to disappear sometimes. I've never had the problem myself but others seem to have it either just after talking to him at the firing range or else after he tells them to put their scuba gear on.

Yes, the problem is when you had to talnk with Sgt. Rubble and he disappear

what happened to me pre the 12_23 patch, was that I did the rescue of the Umpani from Bayjin, WITHOUT getting the quest or going through the Umpani underwater bit. When you go back, you can take him to the General, but then the general won't talk to you and of course you also could not get to Rubble. The patch fixed this, so this is possibly what he means??

well my problem was that when I was send to speak to Sgt. Rubble for further training, he wasn´t in the firing range. I am playing the latest patch of course. Without him there is no way to get further than the range.

I guess that is his problem.

If you are looking for him for the underwater training, obviously he would have to be somewhere near water, isn't it?

Use your level 6 UIF card on the automatic training unit to open the door to the underwater training room. He is already there waiting for you. ;)

Well, how are you supposed to get that lvl6 card ? You only have the lvl 3 card and you are now supposed to talk with Rubble. You cant use the lift without lvl6 card...
