I am in the rattkin tree area. I know I am supposed to talk with both Milano Calzone and Don Barlone. However, whenever I enter the room Milan is he attacks me. I can't figure out how to avoid to engage in conversation. Any suggestions would be welcome.

It sounds like you've done something to ruin your faction standing with the Rattkin Razuka. You didn't murder Rattus by any chance, did you? In any case, it's not strictly necessary to speak with either of them – you can just kill them. The Don is pretty tough, though.
