Ok i got the sanity key but where is the door to use it....I've looked everywhere but ..just cant find it.I know its in the rattus area but where?Is it the '3rd messenger" door and if it is how do u use it????

Use it on the house directly above the 3rd Messenger door, enter, and then look for a way downwards.
