So i get to the 6th bough, and milano calzone is hostile to me right away!.. i don't get it... maybe i killed rattus or something... darnit.. making me think i oughta start over... again :)

Why do you care if the rats hate you? It's not like you can't win the game without 'em. They really don't have much to contribute to you, always accepting the Don, himself.

the problem is... my guys are 10... not a chance in killing the Don.. and hey... if they're hostile... i can't pickpocket them! ahhh...restarting anyway :)

rattus is a rattkin common, so it doesn't matter to milano or the don what happens to him. no one gives a lick about him.

milano goes red on you, but where & when? if its when you go to talk to the don the first time to negotiate for the AD, then you might just be answering his question wrong.

if you already did dat, but have been going back to pp him or the don just for the heck of it, bad idea. dose ratts are da best at stealing, picking pockets and boy, dey HATE it when anyone tries it on dem. :D esp wit da sensitivity of da new patch and PP rules, it gets doubly hard ta rip dem off.

I killed Rattus when I first met him on the road. When I went to the Rat tree, Milano and the Don were hostile to me right away. I took Milano down easily. I killed the Don by dropping a death bomb in his room and running outside to wait for it to kill him. I had to reload a few times before the bomb managed to kill him. He already had the Astral Dominae on him. I think he always does. Plus he dropped the Cane of Corpus, which is incredibly sweet. [img]smile.gif[/img]

As to the Don, I killed him when my group was 12th level, more by misuderstanding (cough, pickpocketing, cough) than anything else. The key was having a superman potion for my samurai, while his pal was taken care of by the others. But I wouldn't recommend that too early, since he has a nice line of goods.
