I got the quest to find the coordernates of the Blackship. I got them but my problem is when I go to collect my reward, nothing happens. How do I tell Z`ant about the coordenates? Thanks

First of all - did you take the information you got from analyzing the black box to the next building over and enter it into the place where you put the round shiny ball? If not, then you'll need to do that so you can get the actual coordinates. They'll be in the form of 11:11 (those are not the actual numbers).

Once you have those, go and speak with Z'ant and just type those numbers in. Don't ask him a question or add anything and he should finally get the message that you are giving him the coordinates he asked for.
