My priest just got Iron Will. Can I practice this skill or can I only advance it when I level up?

It will go up via practice in combat - resisting spells etc. A good idea to invest a few points early, then let it rise on its own after a while. That nausea chest back in the lower monastery (healing pool, statue etc) is the sort of thing that will raise iron will (with some persistence).
