tell me I have to kill her because it was hard enough to get to her and her hit points are to
much. Wizardry 8 must have all men working at their company.

All you have to do is temporarilly dismiss any male NPCs in your party and then she'll take a female. It's a known bug they are working on for the next patch release and was just an oversight, not sexual bias.

Just an addition to what Jem said:

In order for the workaround (Dismiss Male RPCs) to work you have to have the latest patch. I think.
