I completed the mission of killing the breeders, but after I did, my faction rating became hostile? Was I not suppose to kill the breeders? What should I do next? The trynnies are giving me a hard time? Have I done anything wrong?
Any help appreciated!

Are you sure that it is "The trynnies" that hate you and not the Rattkin pouple because they ALL hate you if you kill the "Breeders" not the Trynnies!

You must kill all Rattkin people except for Milano Calzone and Don Barlone. This is right story line.

Why not just kill them all.. I killed the bull looking men and the trannie wouldnt let me in the room to loot it :( so what should i do ? Let them take MY loot or kill them. And having trouble getting down paths because they are blocking it so theres places I cant GET too because trannies are too stupid to move !!!
