I've done the quest for Rattus Rattus, but where is he?

Actually, I don't think you want to do that. Rattus Rattus does have a mission, but it is not clear. His mission is to allow you to choose your faction ratting with the Razuka. If you meet him and do accept the mission, you are friendly with the Razuka and you can talk to Milano and Don. If you kill him, you are hostile with them and they will not talk to you. Milano shoots on sight. He is a push over, but Don is tougher and he also starts shooting and asking questions later. I do not know what happens when you do not accept the mission. I think you are nuetral with the Razuka and you have to try to charm or Milano or get on his good side (which ever side that is.)

You do not have to finish the quest in order to be friendly to the Razuka, you just have to accept it. (lying about things is probably the Razuka way of life, so no one expects you to actually rob the bank.)

If you do not accept the Rattus mission, you remain on friendly terms with the Rakuza. Rattus is fine with the decison and remains on Arnika-Trynton road as an ally. However, if you kill Milano and Don, Rattus is then out for blood.

nah!! i see him alla time! he's the guy who zips outta the bushes and swipes all the spider silks off my spider kills! i have seen him in trynton, hiding in the shadows, looking rather pleased with himself.
