I finished the game with Bloodlust in my Gadgeteer's hands. My Bard was using Fang and my Ranger was using the Ivory Blade. I just had to make sure that if I switched the Gadgeteer to melee in combat, after the combat was done I had to go in and do a remove curse with one of my bishops so he could use his Omnigun in the next battle.
I very quickly turned off the autoswap of weapons. If only I could turn off the autotarget function. I'd manually target the major baddie in a ranged fight, one of his minions would run up close and all of my characters would switch to target the minion. <sigh> Made for some frustration, I can tell you. |
I hear ya! Only the problem I usually have is my bard will put most, if not all, the mobs to sleep or something, but somehow some of my party ends up targetting mobs that are asleep instead of the ones that are awake thus defeating the purpose of my sleep spell.. ARGH! Heh.. fortunately, for the most part, mobs that fall asleep like that aren't that hard to kill anyway..
