Does personality have impact or effect on anything other than the voice? The manual does not say.
|
Not that I am aware of. I think it's there to give the game some extra life (so it's not just six [or eight!] silent pixels, they actually talk, comment, yell, laugh)!

Don't forget about complaining.. Oh, and eating rocks sometimes, which, I'm told, 'taste bad'. Heh

LOL! that's gotta be the dumb fighter who says that!!
personalities are what give your party their special life, so choose your favorites and go with it! go here and see our favorite comments by our teammates! V***V |
So far I love this game. The only gripe I have so far is with the available voices. Some are alright but not one of the available ones really suited my drac warrior or the lizard man with the british accent? Kinda off topic but it is a personality trait.
Just my 2 cents. |

Sir-tech seems to have taken a more tongue in cheek route with this game than any sort of serious Fantasty setting. Take names like Phoonzang, and the item in trynton Zuzu Petals (Zuzu Petals was the murdered victim in the Andrew Dice Clay, Ford Fairlane). Sir-Tech has really littered this game with pop-culture references, and having my hobbit with this thug voice, or the Rawulf with the High English accent seems to fit right in. |
