What are the different effect and with what percentage you get from the priest special pray spell?

I got once a message that she is more experinced. Does it mean that when you pray your priest can gain free XP?

Haven't used the pray option much, but then again never started with a priest - no experience for praying, effect is a random divine magic spell - usually bless, heal, guardian angel, cure something (well it is until level 10 at least).

I remember one time in the demo I prayed and got several "bless/buff" spells cast for me. The were all level 6 type buffs, too. I got Soul Sheild, Element Shield, Bless, Magic Screen, Missile Shield, Armorplate, and Enchanted Weapon all from one prayer. Of course it was for low level monsters that were wiped out easily, but Armorplate was nice. I remember thinking that I could better take out Saffy with a level 6 armor plate.

As you might expect, nothing that dramatic has happend in the real game.

Yesterday I got Gold from the heaven [img]smile.gif[/img] I don't kown if there is a spell that gives gold but that should be cool!

Ive gotten a few energy blasts, hitting ranged creatures for about 20 damage...

The game designers on the official board were pretty mysterious on the topic. They did say that

• you shouldn't pray too often (the gods don't like whiners, apparently)
• you should pray only when things look dire (i.e. right before you shift-Q)

Apparently, prayers help those who help themselves.

I haven't played with it at all, but I'll remember that. Maybe solo priest would be viable using this ability.
