All I know is that my party wandered in and out of the Swamp region repeatedly over a week, before the Savant showed up.

just keep walking around. he will definitely show up.

he ran into my bf right away. however, i had to walk around and fight monsters and stuff for awhile before he showed up.

there are really two specefic spots wehre he shows up, so if you miss them the first time through the swamp, just go back and he will show up.

It`s no problem hi shows up i walked around the swamps and hi hooked mi up around Crock`s house so it is randome where hi is but hi should pop up when you enter the swamp from Trynton on the left side of the road...
