I've placed the three artifacts in Ascension Peak (1 in each temple). I'm now going to the west path, and take the NNE path at the "T". But there is a large cliff deadend. The map one one of the walkthroughs shows this area to be open. Am I missing something? Please help. I'm almost finished I think? [img]smile.gif[/img]

I used the map to get were I am already :( . But when I take the WEST GATE (Not the South West Gate) When I come to the "T" in the road, I go right, and it ends in a dead end at the first turn on the map???? I have never been to Gigas Peak and wrecked the ship into the mountain. Maybe I'll try this and that will open this area up to me?

Hi again i don`t think you have to do that, but when you looking on the map you shall go to the "Portal" mark and with the "T" mark go left "west" NOT RIGHT then head north i cant belive that this way is "blocked" but i have newer gone to this place witouth crashing the Umpany ship because Z`Ant tell you he will meet you in Ascension Peak AFTER you have crashed the spache chip! So maby you should trie to do that first!
You should use the gate in the midle yust north of the Statues from statues north west then follow the map!

(Refer to the map) I do not make it to the "T" on the map along the West Path. I make it to the first "Y" on the west path, I go right and before you get to the sharp right turn, its a DEADEND. Am I forgetting to do something? Do I need to go to the Mt. Gigas Peak to wreck the ship into the mountain to remove the deadend? Its driving me crazY!!!!!!!!! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP

The Umpani / Trang missions are totally optional. The only thing that opens the way you are referring to is placing the three artefacts.

When you place the third artefact 2 Yellow Dots appear on the map and the way is opened. (Can you see the 2 dots with X-ray ?)
