Hi. I got the bloodlust sword in Arnika and really like it even though it's cursed. It does good damage and gives me an extra attack. If I decide to get rid of it, how do I uncurse it? I didn't see that option with Lord Braffit at the temple. If I uncurse it, is the weapon gone? Thanks.

You don't lose the item. You can re-equip it. It remains cursed. |
or use a scroll of uncurse.. just remeber if you have a bloodlust you can't switch to a ranged weapon.
Is a Great sword early on in the game. |
Bloodlust on someone who isn't a pure fighter, is a GREAT weapon. At level 18, my Valk still has it.

Bloodlust is awesome for Samurai, makes my fighter look like a wuss! I remember one time he spazzed on a Juggernaut, hit 6 times, twice for triple damage and 4 times for double damage, killed it, then used his off hand weapon and did an instant kill on another one.

Remember that once the item is "uncursed," if you leave it in the weapon slot of a character, it very soon reverts to cursed status. The best way to deal with this is to leave it where it is, and switch from the main screen to a secondary weapon (either melee or ranged). I typically switch to a ranged weapon, and when a foe gets too close for comfort, click on the button that brings up Bloodlust. At that point, the curse activates again, but what do I care?
