I heard it was in Arnika but that fountain only heals.

There's one in Trynton, if you answer its riddle correctly, will give you some goodies and raise your INT a bit.

Warning: It's possible to get you mage's int past 95 before you get to Trynton. Don't do it. Boost another skill and let the fountain take you from 95-100.

The fountain has two answers, I have come to learn.

I answered it one way, and found out it also has another answer. Both reward you the same.
