One of my characters is drained, how do I remove this ailment.

I think they're called Potions of Restoration (unless I'm getting the name confused with the one it has in BG2). You just need to buy 'em--a good source in the Arnika Temple--and have the drained character swallow one. You'll also find them as booty, over time.
