First you need to find a picture which has to be hosted on the web. Sazerac could make you a personalised sig like mine, he has a thread in GD called Saz's sig shoppe, or you can find a picture of whatever you want somewhere else. You can email Ziroc who will host it for you if you can't yourself. Then go to your profile and put the picture in the signature box like this:
[IMG] http://pictureaddress [/IMG] (without the spaces)

I found mine on the faq for this forum its got a load of animated pictures like [img]graemlins/diablo.gif[/img] or [img]graemlins/monster1.gif[/img]
