Am now playing a solo Faerie Ninja and so far she's hanging in there. Took her months just to get out of the Monastery at level 10 and now Nim'Blea just pumped up to level 20 in Trynton. A gazillion Brute Hogars, argh! sometimes two at a time.. she's limping a bit now. ;)

We won't mention being swallowed by Saffy, heheh. But I'm wondering.. later, what happens when I pick up Martin's Idol???!

i think that's one of the few times you need to hire someone. there are 2 very nearby, so you can just use them for that but when you go into fights, have them stand idle (defend. lol!)

so far, i haven't heard anyone brag about finding a way around that.

thanks, vesselle, hadn't thought of using someone in defend mode. had been wondering how I'd portal to Arnika to get Vi and get her back to the Bluff without messing up my solo standing. guess I could put the portal at the bluff and trudge back to get her to be sure I'm not tempted, *groan* lol

RFS-87 or T'seng (sp?) would do, but Vi could use the practice seeing as she has an appointment at the Peak later, no? :D

as much as i think he's one of the most disgusting critters i have had the "pleasure" of meeting recently in a game, i just couldn't do him in before the deed.

however, after i discovered what he had done, i was SO angry, that i beat him up to within an inch of his life, healed him, beat him up, etc. and, he was STILL calling me a "spider lover" right up to the very end.

don't worry about that. linda herself has said that a girl can do it. we just have to... ummm... how to put this delicately? find the proper equipment to wear, and make a potion that casts, i'm guessing, an illusion spell of some sort.
