Ok, I figured out the headstone rune game, but got stuck. I checked this very forum to find out about the dagger in the wall trick, but my question is, how was I supposed to find out? Did I miss a clue, or was it a trial-and-error thing? I also heard mention of other rune puzzles (two, in fact), but haven't found them yet. Where are they?

I've yet how to figure out how we were supposed to figure it out LOL.
I think the whole rune dungeon idea is a set of bonus dungeons meant to be found on your own (don't ask me how LOL) or with the help of friends (Thank you, Elara!)

I don't know what info is in the link since I did not look at it...I am still trying to wait until I get to certain places before I give up trying to figure stuff out for myself and so far, I haven't come across either of the other two sets of runes.
