Ive read countless threads refering to the trick that allows you to get a NPC to take the drow plate mail out of the underdark.
People have said that you kick an NPC character out of your party and tell them to meet you at th CC pub. But that option does'nt appear. I can only tell them to stay where they are. How can I change this? Oh and Id love to keep my party as drow, can I do this? |
The answer is: Shadowkeeper.
Use this to both, first get out of Underdark as normal, and then use shadowkeeper to get the armours, and to change to drow. see ya! |
I thought it was possible without shadowkeeper.
Is shadowkeeper easy to use? |
Shadowkeeper is so easy to use that you couldn't make a mistake if you wanted to.

I'll tell you a great way that doesn't involve Shadowkeeper. In a multiplayer game, save before going into the Underdark. Then go in and have Adalon cast her spell. Then, re-import you characters(PC's only) into your earlier saved game. The PC's will all be walking around like Viconia! PLUS, the Drow armor stays, no crumbling Adamantite. Then, before you go to Spellhold, stash the armor somwhere. Go get it after you get out. Great armor, cheap. Cheesy? Maybe a little. But it happened to me"on accident."

If you just wanted to be able to sell the Drow armor, you can put it in your bag of holding. It will not disintigrate, and you can sell it in town.
