Aye, a good thing to do is save in front of the merchant, try to steal. If ya get caught, reload. Then try again. [img]smile.gif[/img]

If you're playing the game "honestly" (ie, not doing the save/reload pickpocketing trick), there's still hope. There's a lot of 'loot' that you can pick up in Arnika that you can sell for quite a bit (as Myles suggests). Try searching the area for items your party doesn't need but will sell for a fair price.
