I live near Montreal in Québec and I haven't found Wizrdry 8 nearby. An employee at my local computer store said it had a USA-only distribution, which I found unlikely.

Anyone has found it near Montreal, or knows where to find it?

For now, the ONLY place to get W8 is through Electronics Boutique. I'm pretty sure they do have Canadian stores, but not positive. After Dec. 15th, the exclusive marketing agreement with EB ends, and other stores might start carrying it. Some will not, though. Babbage's has stated they will NOT carry the game, protesting the exclusive arrangement with EB (Can't say I blame them, either. I've never heard of a deal like this before)

Once it's released to other stores, I know that you can order it online from Microplay (www.microplay.com). I've dealt with them before, and they were very good

You can buy it at EB which is in the shopping mall "Place Vertu" in Montreal. I'm not sure if there is more than 1 EB store in montreal but that's where I bought it...
