Hey, whats up guys? New here. I was wondering about this for a few days but I finally got around to posting this. I looked at both Xignals (excellent) walk-thru and the one at TK421. Well, between them, there were some instruction conflicts and I dont know which to do first. My question to all you magic mavens is:

-After getting Astral Dom. and helm of sanity from trynnies, do I go to the northern wilds or Bayjin?

-Can I avoid dealing with the umpani? I went to Bayjin by accident and met the ump bard and right off the bat he called me a T'rang Lover and I hadn't even done a quest for them. Is there a way to be the perfect double-agent?

-Whats the deal with that church in the southern wilds?

-Lastly, can I be allied with Trang or Umpani and still team up with Bela?

I am not as far along as you are in the game areas so I am no help any of your questions but this one...I agreed to work with Bela when I met up with him being lost LOL!
I joined the Umpani's on my way back and later allied with the T'rangs. I have been back and forth between the base and the Bluff without conflict from any one sanction over my affiliations with another and have been to see Bela since joing the Umpani without any hassle.
I did pay He'Li to keep my secret as being a double agent between the T'Rang and the Umpani...so far she is the only person in the game with that info. :D I don't know that any of them are aware of Bela's existence at this point.
(The T'Rang have become neutral since I killed some of their sentinels to get into another area of Marten's Bluff, but all that means is that I have to fight my own fight with wandering monsters now and that there are two more sentinels wanting to kick our butts in front of a door that I can avoid for now. :D

An added note about being a double agent!

Sgt Kunar in the Umpani Commisary is a spy so you have to kill him after you get the flag in order for the T'Rang not to discover your double agent status!
He has a fake ID card...take it to Sgt Balbrak, talk about Sgt Kunar, answer "Spy", give him the card and you get EP's for discovering their weak link. :D

So far, this worked with keeping the T'rang from otherwise finding me out...now to figure out a way to keep all quiet wit the Umpani. ;) :D
