whats the best party to have?

I have
Lord
Valkyrie
Rogue
Mage
Priest
Ranger

but not sure I like my party
thinking of restarting
esp since i am stuck any how [img]tongue.gif[/img]
any good party suggestions?
is it better to have a strong magic party or strong fighter or combo of both?

I would suggest one who is almost a pure fighter, two healer/fighters, a "specialist"(Like the bard, for using musical instruments.), a mage and the last one can either be a fighter/mage, another specialist or a pure mage.

Almost exactly like mine... except I have a gadgeteer instead of a rogue. I love em all, they're a great party for the way that I play
