i haven't found anything that fits there and am going nuts now, trying to find something that WILL fit.

that's exactly what they are. ::blushing:: boy, do i feel dumb.

i am playing thru a second time and i just found a tomb i overlooked the first time. inside there was a nice ROP+1. and the description, loud and clear, "equippable: miscellaneous slot 1 or 2".

Just finished my playthrough :( - WANT MORE!!!!! Gee that was good (except for slow combat - tip, put combat speed and monster animations to MAX). I found 2 rings and an amulet that were equipable. And the Swallower - way cool. Took him out, but he swallowed my Monk. Had to cut him open to get her back. Reminds me of the Men in Black movie :D .
