Since Saz is gone for the day, I figure it's safe for me to visit!

Just to let you know, I haven't played a Wiz game since the late '80's (I was playing the Wizardry, Bard's Tale, and Ultima games all the time, onmy old Apple IIe & IIgs)

But since Sazerac tunred me on to W&W, I'm really looking forward to Wiardry 8....

Not seriously playing any games these days really. Just some of this and some of that.

Unreal Tournament to let the tension out - some snowboard game, it's relaxing and fun to play - and I am trying to get into Clive Barkers Undying; but it's scary sometimes and I'm not always in the mood for that http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif

To be honest I'm waiting for a (rpg) game to come out that will "grab" me totally. Just like Ultima 4 did loooooooong ago. Or Asherons Call when I first played it.
You know, the kind of game that you think about right away after you wake up.
Perhaps Wizardry 8 will be such a game?

It's a U5 port for the Dungeon Siege engine. And Ziroc is planning on adding a Dungeon Siege forum to the board, so I'll be screaming about this there...

I never have played nr 5, just Ultima 4 and the sad Ultima 9, but I'm curious what the port will eventually look like.
