Hi again,

I just downloaded a small demo (only 260 MB) for a game called Arcanum.....I know this is Wiz 8 topic area, but I do know how many hard core RPG fanatics like Saz, Serath and myself hang out here.

Has anyone else played it? It looks kind of interesting, soon as I get it burned on a CD I'm going to give it a try. I am impressed at a company that releases a public demo (big hint Sir Tech).

I have downloaded Arcanum-demo a couple of days ago. Was waiting for this game during months... To much waiting is really bad (think of Wiz8 too!), because our dreams and expectations are always greater than reality.
I still do not know exactly whether am I dissapointed in Arcanum. In some aspects it remains Fallout (that's good news for me).
Whatis your opinion about this demo?

I downloaded the demo a week ago.
The character creation is great but the demo is has lots of bugs, some of them ruin the demo. But what I have played is good, the option avalable for caracter creation are enormus. Try playing a Half-Ogre with an Int of 4, the conversations are realy funny. The problem is that I can't get that far into the demo until a bug kills it. Which is a shame.

Any one know were you can get a patch for the demo?
