Are you guys looking for a great tool to build RPG's? Well go to this site: Project Nebula . I am actually the programmer of this product. You can use this tool to make any type of 2D game you want.

It is now in Alpha stage and will turn Beta in a couple of weeks. There is documentation and tutorial on the way too.

Thanx,
Kornalius.

Ok here is what I think about your software..…..it stinks! WOW not very intellectual reply to this post so I will be more specific as to why I think this software stinks. First, I downloaded all the components that you requested from the web page and installed them all. When I ran the software it halted the computer making me lose precious downloads that I was waiting for a very long time. I thought perhaps because my computer crashes a lot it is the result of my computer and not the software, so I rebooted the computer (no choice here) and ran it again. Once more it halted my computer, so you have fully designed software that it’s main purpose to halt computers. So your question is why did I judge a program that didn’t run period? Good question indeed. First off by the looking from the screenshots it showed me the software requires intensive programming skills to create my events thus it is not user friendly.

I forgot to mention the interface is horrid and unfriendly to use. A real powerful RPG maker has to first come to one to one hand with DC than improve uppon it. DC fulfills all the requirement for a good RPG maker, interphase, easy to use yet unlimited and this is one program that I can proudly say it is unlimited with it's power. Always in update and the author god bless him is always in touch with his community. God bless him, he RULES!

I had the same prob except mine crashes at random times during the program. Also it takes quite a while to get the hang of it. quite confusing. It's like trying to learn 3D Max or Lightwave for the first time without tutorials or any help.

I have tried almost all the RPG makers out there and found out a conclusion out of them. You either have easy to use but limited like hell (designed for children) or a program that negates the entire point of a GUI window program and might as well take a course in C++ because it easier then the RPG maker they given you. The ONLY RPG maker I have seen right now that is easy to use, user friendly, hardly crashes the system and POWERFUL OHH MY GOD SO POWERFUL is DC.

Sorry for the double post but my computer has a mind of it's own.
